Saw this in my latest issue of Domino. A $200 sterling silver necklace cast in the form of nothing other than a retainer. Like, the kind many of us wore--in out mouths!--after braces to keep our teeth in place. I am pretty grossed out. They should make a tiara out of headgear. No thanks to Kiel Mead.
